Hybrid car LIB discharge device (240V 4.7KW compatible).
The 【HR2X-2M】 is a microcontroller-controlled load resistor developed for pre-disposal discharge of vehicle-mounted LIBs. It discharges one battery for EVs with a voltage range of 190 to 240V.
With just a push of a button, discharge begins, emitting a preliminary sound when reaching 180.0V, and stopping the discharge with a final sound when it drops to 168.0V. A long press will force an emergency stop. Discharge without recording is also possible. The cutoff voltage is accurately controlled by a microcontroller with 12-bit A/D conversion. Discharge results are recorded on an SD card, and the discharge capacity is automatically calculated using the included analysis software. There is also an option to set the discharge stop voltage in 1V increments for research purposes (after stopping, it returns to the set value). It discharges at approximately 230V 20A, discharging the maximum load (4.7KW) of the "Hoba Battery" series. Due to its simple structure allowing high current flow, it can measure SOH and SOC accurately compared to conventional constant current discharge devices.
